Return & Refund
1. In the unlikely event that you may receive a damaged product, or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can opt for a return. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that the customer received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
2. If you would like to return the product let us know by mailing us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
Your email should contain:
- * Order ID
- * Name
- * Items which you want to return
- * Reason for return (optional)
3. There are two ways of returning an item
- * Return Pick-up (available for most pin-codes)Once a request for a return email is received, we will generate a reverse pickup request and a service representative will visit you for the pick-up within 1 to 2 days.
- * Self Return :Once a request for a return email is received, we will generate a reverse pickup request and a service representative will visit you for the pick-up within 1 to 2 days.
4. Customers will have to bear all the charges for the return. If it is a return pick-up, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. When the returned item will be inspected upon return to the warehouse, and will be accepted if it reaches us in the same condition as was received by the customer.
5. Once the return has been accepted, the money will be credited to the source account within 7 – 10 business days.
